As a lawyer, it is my primary task to help people and organisations achieve their objectives. I am delighted to do this on the basis of firm beliefs and values. My key competencies of integrity, independence, courage and perseverance are as strong today as they have ever been and ensure a sustainably successful exercise of the legal profession.
As a convinced advocate, I stand for a strict focus on these foundations and the highest level of expertise.

A realistic problem and risk analysis is a necessary preliminary exercise every lawyer has to conduct. However, a lawyer cannot confine his assessment to this. One of the main challenges is to further develop the initial legal findings and to always think in terms of possible solutions. This is a challenge I set myself willingly and with utmost commitment in every single mandate. I am leading the way for my clients and act as a true problem solver for them.
The thing that excites me most about being a lawyer is that it is a creative profession in the pure sense of the word. Despite all the formalities of legal decision-making there is considerable leeway for the lawyer to make a difference through individual capabilities. This applies especially to the core competencies of language and communication which are critical for the lawyer’s power of persuasion and the accuracy of his work. Taking advantage of this creative freedom is important to me personally and is a mission that I set myself every day.
